Opportunities

A – Z:  Let me count the ways to be involved !

GROUPS and ACTIVITIES and MINISTRIES of St. Ann’s

Acolytes – Assist in the Liturgy  as  torch bearer, server, thurifer, and crucifer.

Altar Guild – Works quietly and behind the scenes caring for the linens, silver, and brass pieces used on the altar, filling candles, updating the hymn board, cleaning the area behind the communion rail weekly and decorating the church for special occasions.

Bible Study – Most Sundays at 11:15am, after coffee hour.  The Gospel for the following Sunday is pondered. Believing that Jesus is present in each of us, we listen to each person’s questions, hear everyone’s responses to the reading, and then discuss the impact on our faith and lives. A noted Episcopal Biblical scholar’s lectionary is also part of the study to help deepen our understanding and faith. You, your thoughts, and ideas would add so very much. Please join us; all adults are welcome. Check our online calendar for schedule. For more information, ask Vic Chudoba or The Rev. Lynn White.

Book Club – An interesting and provocative reading discussion. Generally meets monthly.

Building and Grounds Committee – Responsible for the care and feeding of the church property, it meets once every three months to discuss various maintenance and beautification projects and how they will be accomplished.
